By using the Ideafy application ("the App") and associated services ("the Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Use of the Services

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Permitted Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to software, logos, and designs, are owned by Ideafy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without express written consent.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

The App will be a paid service. Our subscription plans and pricing are currently under review and will be announced at launch. Users who join our waitlist will be notified when plans and pricing are finalized.

5.2 Payment Terms

Once launched, you will need to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your account for recurring payments based on your selected plan.

5.3 Cancellations

After launch, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Paid subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5.4 Plan Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any subscription plans, features, or pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes to existing subscribers once the service is launched.

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create within the App, including voice notes, tasks, and ideas.

6.2 License to Use

By uploading content, you grant Ideafy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideafy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Argentina.

11. Fair Use and Service Limitations

11.1 Fair Use Policy

We expect users to utilize our Services in a reasonable manner consistent with their intended purpose. While we aim to provide reliable and consistent service, we reserve the right to implement usage limits or restrictions to ensure optimal performance for all users.
